On jeez. My engineers have been complaining all week about our new SMS training. They call it acronym bingo. Over the last 3 or more years it has been one of the main points of discussion at the ARSA and MARPA conferences. Good idea, but still pretty crude in implementation.

Evil Kanevil was highly trained; a pillar of any good SMS program.

If your guys don't like SMS, have them read up on Continental Express 2574. Should learn them up real good.

They don't mind the notion, we natively practice most of the tenants as part of our engineering function, but I think our new CBT training might be a bit dry. We have some amazing safety and risk training. Our human factors program is great too.
